Mr. Finney is the Managing Director and founder of Nihon Pacific Ltd, which he formed in 1990 in Hong Kong.

An Australian citizen, he has a strong background in commercial and residential projects and marketing not only in Australia but in Hong Kong, Japan and the Philippines as well.

Currently, he holds an Australian Real Estate License and Investment Management License in Japan. He is a senior director and shareholder of Japan Investment Management Agency [JIMA], Japan Asia Ventures Agency [JAVA], MTS Japan and NihonPac Investment Consultants in Thailand.

Mr. Ronald Lim is the author of the Philippine Condotel Concept.

The Condotel concept gives condominium unit owners the option of enrolling their units in the Hotel Rental Pool to be operated as hotel rooms. This ensures that Lancaster Suites owners with units in the Hotel Rental Pool can earn competitive rental income even while they are abroad. Yet, these same unit owners retain the privilege of using their own hotel unit when they visit Manila for as long as they give ample advanced notice.

The Condotel concept has brought Mr. Lim great success in the development, marketing and sales of several Philippine properties. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Lim carries with him a wealth of knowledge in all the aspects of the real estate industry: development, marketing and sales, design and fit-out and condotel operations. With the Condotel Concept, he has created a niche in the industry and has given a whole new dimension to condominium development.
